Before you send
Yes. No visit charge, no deposit, no refundable token. Our engineer measures the roof, maps shadow and reads your bill, and you keep the findings whether or not you buy from us.
No. One call from the local centre to arrange the survey, then a follow-up after the quotation. If you tell us you're not interested, that's where it ends. We don't share or sell enquiry data.
Because the PIN code decides which of our 800+ centres owns your installation and how quickly someone can reach you afterwards. It also determines your DISCOM circle, which affects net metering timelines.
Often, yes. We take on cleaning, AMC, inverter replacement and generation audits for third-party systems, provided the installation is safe to work on. We'll tell you after inspecting it — and if the wiring or structure isn't safe, we'll say that too.
